There is a knowledge that is beyond the mind. Unlike intellectual understanding, which always sees both sides of an argument, this voice never doubts.  It totally trusts itself and speaks with absolute clarity. When it appears, it comes without warning, and suddenly you will find yourself talking without even understanding why. However, you will hear yourself speaking the truth. You will feel it. Listen. It is there, resting inside you. You will hear it speaking from omniscience, with the energy of unconditional love.

We have learned to obey only the orders of our mind, and we allow the duality and the game of the intellect to dominate us as if it were our master. Our thoughts are heard with an “I” attached, and then, passively, we believe that we are that, and we begin to live disconnected from ourselves. But, we are not our thoughts, we are much more.

The mind is vast, and within its matrix everything that we have lived, heard, smelled, tasted, felt, everything, is recorded, regardless of whether we remember it consciously or not. The intellect speaks, trying to make sense of all that information according to what each moment shoots at it, and of course it is very useful, but only if we do not allow ourselves to be passively governed by it. We have to allow our actions to be guided also by our heart.

As in a pentagram, the thoughts are the musical notes of the score: the ideas, the projects, the diagrams, the colors and the movement that give form to what our mind proposes. The heart, on the other hand, vibrates with the silence on which the music sustains itself and unfolds.

The matrix of the intellect contains all the recorded information that mobilizes feeling, it is an instrument to enable us live our human experience, but it is not what we are, it is only the melody of our personality.

And why, if it is such a precious tool, does it cause us so much suffering?Because we have trained the mind to focus on fear. We learn from very early in childhood: “do not do that because this will happen to you”, “do not be like that because nobody will love you”, “no”, “no”, “no”. We are convinced that these little people are limited. But nothing could be further from our truth.

Let’s focus on eradicating the fears that paralyze us. In each moment we have the power to choose. Will I evolve or will I continue to blame the outside? What you choose in each moment defines who you are, and as you cultivate awareness you can see the behaviors that lead you to feel victimized, to manipulate, and you start to change them, to let them go, because those behaviors make you suffer.

We have not one but a thousand thoughts blaming the outside for our lack of happiness, either in terms of money, a partner, opportunities, the boss, in short, anything. The point is that we point that finger outwards, and we have to point it inwards, towards the deepest part of ourselves. There you will hear the voice of the heart speaking from omniscience, with the energy of unconditional love.
