7. Cancellation policy
General principle
All cancellations or rescheduling requests are handled in writing with the team at the corresponding center.
In-person Unification Retreats
The amount paid is non-transferable and non-refundable. All cancellations are handled in writing with supporting documentation, sent to mexico@isha.com (for retreats in Manzanillo, Colima, Mexico) or to uruguay@isha.com (for retreats in Costa Azul, Uruguay).
More than 20 days in advance
20% of the total value of the event is retained. The remaining 80% is credited in your favor toward a future event, valid for up to one year. Requires email confirmation from the Isha Foundation.
Less than 20 days in advance
If you cancel, do not attend, or leave before the retreat ends, the amount paid will not be transferable or refundable under any circumstances.
The Isha Foundation reserves the right to retain the full amount if the reason for cancellation does not meet the guidelines.
6-month Program
It has its own policy, separate from the retreat policy. We send it to you at enrollment.
Course to learn to Unify
The amount paid to participate in the Course is non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of cancellation by the participant, non-attendance, abandonment of the course, or interruption of participation for any reason, no full or partial refund of the amount paid will be granted. Likewise, if the participant abandons or stops participating during the three weeks of follow-up, they will not be entitled to any refund.
Digital purchases
Due to the nature of our digital products (PDF, ebook), which are delivered via immediate download, all sales are final and no returns, cancellations, or refunds are accepted once the purchase is complete and access to the file has been enabled.
If the file depends on external platforms such as Audible, the policies and terms of that platform apply.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from downloading or accessing the product due to a failure attributable to our system, contact us for support.
All material is subject to copyright; in no case does the purchase or download imply the transfer of intellectual property. All rights reserved. Applicable legislation will be enforced in the event of infringement.
Consciousness in Action Course
The course fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Wake Up Program Memberships
- In the event of cancellation by the Student, 30% of the value of the event will be retained as an administrative fee.
- The remaining 70% will be granted as credit toward other programs or retreats, within the same validity period of the membership.
Donations
Donations to the Isha Foundation are final. If you donated in error or there was a billing problem, write to us through the contact form and we will review your case.
