Love Has Wings: five days of silence and love in Fernando de Noronha

The story of Love Has Wings — Brazil Edition: five days with Isha Judd in Fernando de Noronha to release the noise, inhabit silence, and return to the essential through Unification.

Unification Team

Some journeys are measured in kilometers and others in what you leave behind along the way. From May 13–17, 2026, an intimate group traveled to Fernando de Noronha to live Love Has Wings, the first Brazilian edition of Isha Judd's retreats: five days to release the noise, inhabit silence, and return to what is most essential in oneself.

It was not a sightseeing trip. It was a journey inward, held by the sea, by nature, and by the practice at the heart of everything Isha teaches: Unification.

A paradise that invites silence

Fernando de Noronha is a volcanic archipelago declared a UNESCO Natural World Heritage Site. In the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, with its turquoise waters, imposing cliffs, and marine life where dolphins, turtles, and manta rays swim free, it is one of Brazil's best-kept secrets.

But Noronha does not only dazzle with its beauty. Its energy invites silence, contemplation, and presence. There, nature stops being scenery and becomes an ally: a portal to who we are when we turn down the volume of the world.

The days, turned inward

Each day began early. Before breakfast there was already Unification Yoga at sunrise and a moment to witness the sea in silence, letting the day arrive without haste.

Throughout the day, the Unification practices alternated with the talks — the question-and-answer gatherings with Isha — and, as night fell, with group meetings. Each person's question became, without meaning to, an answer for everyone.

Unification, at the center

The core of those five days was Unification, the introspective practice Isha developed more than twenty-five years ago and which is practiced today in different countries around the world.

Unlike other approaches, Unification does not seek to eliminate thoughts or fight the mind: it proposes uniting mind and heart to reduce inner conflict, stress, and emotional disconnection. From there, something hard to explain and easy to recognize appears: a deep sense of peace, coherence, and presence.

Practiced day after day, Unification becomes a way of returning to yourself in the face of everyday challenges: less automatic reaction, more clarity to decide, and healthier relationships. At the retreat, that learning was not told: it was lived.

Beyond the practice: the sea as teacher

The retreat also held light, play, and wonder. There was a day of catamaran sailing through crystal-clear waters, snorkeling among natural reefs, mindful walks, and witnessing the sunset: sitting to watch the sun go down doing nothing, simply being.

In Noronha the sea teaches without speaking. It reminds us that everything comes and goes — the waves, the thoughts, the emotions — and that calm is not found in controlling the tide, but in flowing with it.

Five days that expand into sixty

Love Has Wings did not end with Sunday's checkout. The retreat is designed as a sixty-day accompaniment process: group integration gatherings, support meetings, and personalized follow-up to sustain and anchor what opened on the island.

Because what is truly transformative is not only what happens during five days by the sea, but what each person chooses to sustain when they return to everyday life.

  • Intensive course to learn how to Unify
  • Unification sessions and talks with Isha
  • Daily practice of Unification Yoga and conscious movement
  • Emotional support meetings
  • Group accompaniment and personalized follow-up for 60 days

Love finds its wings

If this first Brazilian edition made anything clear, it is that love, when given space, finds its wings. Five days were enough to remember something that was always there: that peace is not sought outside, it is found within.

There will be new editions of Love Has Wings and new retreats with Isha. You can check the upcoming dates in the Retreats section of the site and write to us from Contact to join the waiting list. The next journey inward can also begin with you.
