What it's about

Unification connects you with yourself, and something starts moving

A plateau is almost never a lack of effort. You do everything right, you meet what is expected, and inside it stays still. It usually happens when, little by little, you stop listening to yourself in order to answer everyone else. Unification gives you back that contact with yourself, and from there the drive usually returns on its own: no huge decision is needed for your life to come alive again.

You meet it all and the day repeats itself.

You wait for the right moment

And that moment never quite arrives.

Nothing is wrong, nothing excites you

Questions

What people ask us most

  • Why do I feel stuck if I do everything right?

Because doing everything right and being connected with yourself are two different things. You can hold an orderly life, meet what is expected of you and still feel that nothing moves, and that says nothing about your effort or your capacity. It usually happens when you slowly stopped listening to yourself in order to answer what others expected, and that disconnection feels exactly like this: everything works on the outside and inside it stays still. Unification works right there. It doesn't ask you to change your life overnight or to make a huge decision, it gives you back the contact with yourself, which is where drive comes from. When that contact returns, what had stopped usually begins to move on its own, and almost never as one big gesture: you often notice it in the mood you wake up with, and in wanting to say yes again to something you had been letting pass.

  • How long does it take each day, if I have no energy to add anything else?

A few minutes, and you can spread them through the day. Unification doesn't ask you to set aside an hour or to find a silent place: you can do it while commuting, before walking into your home, while you wait for someone, or at night once everything is quiet. There is no special posture and no correct way to sit, so there is nothing to prepare either. That matters in this topic in particular, because when you feel you are not moving, the last thing that helps is adding one more demand to the list. Here you are not adding another task to complete, you are opening a moment to listen to yourself again. Many people start with two or three minutes and over the days that moment stretches on its own, not by design, but because they begin to need it.

  • What if I don't know what I want to change?

You don't need to know in order to begin. In fact, it is the most common thing among those who arrive through this topic: nothing is wrong, nothing excites them, and it is hard to name what is missing. Looking for the answer by thinking harder usually leaves you in the same place, because clarity doesn't come from analysing more, it comes from listening again to what moves you. The practice works in that order. First you recover the contact with yourself, and then the direction appears on its own, almost always in small, concrete things: something you feel like starting, a conversation you kept postponing, a plan you put away years ago. You don't need a big decision at the start either. One small step, the size of the day you are having, is enough, and the next one becomes easier to find.
