I want to start
I need a reset

You think you change your life first. It's the other way around.

You know you need to stop and start again, but not where to begin. It starts inside, and from there the decision becomes clear.

What it's about

First you are well, then you change your life

We almost always do it the other way around: we change the job, the house or the relationship hoping that will settle us inside. Sometimes it works for a while, and then the same feeling returns in a new setting. The practice starts from the other end: you come back to yourself, and from there what needs to move outside becomes obvious.

This might sound familiar

Signs that it's happening to you

You know something has to change

And you don't know where to begin.

You keep postponing the decision

You have been turning it over for months.

You feel you're dragging your life

Instead of choosing it.

The practice

How Unification supports you

1

You stop without changing anything yet

A few minutes, no special posture, no absolute silence.

2

You come back to yourself before deciding

The noise drops and what you truly want appears.

3

The decision stops circling

And you make the one you had been postponing for months.

It happened to someone like you

Told by those who already did it

I broke with the defensiveness I had carried for years. Now I can start from a more loving place.

Questions

What people ask us most

  • Do I have to change something in my life to start?

No, and it is usually the other way around. Starting doesn't ask you to leave your job, move house or end a relationship: it is a few minutes a day, with your life exactly as it is today. What changes first is where you look from, and from there the big decisions become clearer and less urgent. Many people arrive thinking they must sort everything out before beginning; it is generally the opposite.

  • How long does it take each day?

A few minutes. You can do it while commuting, before walking into your home or at night. You don't need to set aside an hour or a special place.

  • What if I don't know what I want to change?

That is the most common starting point for this topic. You don't need the answer in order to begin: the practice doesn't ask you for a plan, it gives you back the place from which the plan appears. First the noise drops, and then it usually becomes quite clear what you had been putting off.
