Your mind will keep talking. You choose whether to believe it.
You can't stop going over the same thing. Unification doesn't switch the mind off: it gives you back the place from which to hear it without obeying it.

What it's about
Silence is not an empty mind
Nobody stops thinking, and the practice doesn't promise that. What changes is the distance: the mind keeps talking and you stop taking every sentence as truth. In that distance something deeper appears, and the answers that come from there look far more like what your heart already knew.
This might sound familiar
Signs that it's happening to you
You go over the same thing
The same conversation, again, with no new way out.
You wake up and it's already there
Before you open your eyes, your head has started.
You believe what it tells you
Especially when what it says is against you.

The practice
How Unification supports you
You stop without fighting your mind
A few minutes, without silencing it or arguing back.
You listen from a little further away
The thought goes on, and stops dragging you with it.
Other answers appear
The ones that come from deeper in, not from the tenth lap.
It happened to someone like you
Told by those who already did it
“I broke with the defensiveness I had carried for years. Now I can start from a more loving place.”
“Unification changed how I see my business and, above all, my own worth.”

Questions
What people ask us most
How do I stop thinking so much?
It isn't about stopping your thoughts, and that is usually the biggest relief for anyone starting. The mind thinks the way the heart beats: it doesn't switch off by decision. What you can change is your relationship with what it says. With practice a small distance appears between the thought and you, and in that distance you choose whether to believe it. Thoughts keep coming, but they stop giving orders.
Do I need to know how to meditate?
No. There is no posture, no special breathing, and no need to empty your mind. If you have never meditated, it is just as simple.
Does it help when the thought returns at night?
It is one of the moments where it shows most. At night there is nothing covering the noise, so the same lap comes back louder. You can do the practice right there, in bed, without getting up or turning on the light: it takes a few minutes and doesn't require your mind to go quiet first.
