Unification is a practice of introspection, through phrases called Facets of the Isha System that redirect your attention from the mind to the heart. You can practice with your eyes open and closed, so you can carry this experience of connection into your everyday life. As you practice, you begin to live in the energy of the heart — and that's when everything changes.

In this way the body, mind and emotions seek to update themselves, stress is naturally released —you receive guidance and support for that— and as you release tension and learn to live in connection, you stop accumulating stress and begin to appreciate yourself, to feel gratitude, love and unity for the life around you.
