General principle
All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to the team at the corresponding center. The current policy — including specific percentages and deadlines — is provided at enrollment along with your confirmation.
In-person Unification Retreats
Refunds are calculated based on the number of days before the retreat begins. The earlier you notify us, the higher the refund percentage. You may also transfer your spot to another person, subject to team approval (since we conduct a prior health screening).
6-month Program
This program has its own cancellation policy, separate from retreats. We send it to you at enrollment, before payment is confirmed.
Course to learn to Unify
Specific policy for the online course, aligned with general online course terms.
Digital purchases
Digital products (PDFs, audiobooks, downloads) are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded, except in the case of technical issues attributable to our system.
Donations
Donations to the Isha Foundation are final. If you donated in error or there was a billing problem, write to us through the contact form and we will review your case.
