All retreats include: Unification Course, daily live Q&A talks with Isha (with simultaneous Spanish interpretation), guided deepening practices in nature led by Isha, group Unification in ocean-view halls, Unification Yoga, dance or aerobics, ongoing personalized support from teachers and facilitators, private room with bathroom, and three balanced meals.

You can come for fewer days.
You don't have to do the full retreat: at the Unification Center Uruguay you can ask about shorter stays when you book. Accessible and profound — ideal for experiencing Unification up close. If you'd like to try it first, watch the film for free online.

The practice continues between retreats.
Online programs, live and online Unification Sessions, Unification Yoga, and the global Unification community accompany you every day. There's also the 6-month Program for those who want to deepen their practice.
