Hello everyone, I'm Isha Judd! Thank you for joining me.

I know many of you have been following me on my YouTube channel, so I've decided to do something completely different. I'm doing a podcast that is very light, full of fun, and that will keep being about consciousness, but I'm going to bring in some very special friends of mine. And my friends are essentially animals, because animals have an innate wisdom. They live in their hearts and always in the present moment. So I'm going to introduce you to some of my guests. They will teach us how to be in the present moment, how to enjoy our lives more. And with their teachings, along with my teaching on unification, present-moment awareness, and empowerment, maybe we'll manage to have more fun, more joy, and relax a little.

The most important animal in my life happens to be Elizabeth, a very entertaining British bulldog who thinks we humans are very, very complicated (and she may be right). Welcome, Elizabeth!
