6-month program: Change and cancellation policy

The total contribution for the program will cover your expenses for food, accommodation, activities, workshops and the Isha Judd System teachings from June 1 to November 15, 2020. The contribution is non-refundable and non-transferable to any other program.

Only in the case of a situation of force majeure, considered as such by the foundation, which is also duly justified and that prevents you from starting this program, your contribution less a charge of USD $2,300 (20% of the total contribution) will be held in your favor, but it may only be applied to the next 6-month program, and not to any other events held at our centers. Moreover, this held amount cannot be transferred to another person.

Once the 6-month program commences, this exception can no longer be applied; that is, if you decide to leave early, the contribution in its entirety is lost.

This policy exists to support you in making a commitment to finish your program, a commitment which will generate the growth you are looking for and will support you to get the most out of your experience. If for some reason you must be absent for any duration within the 6-month period, you can recover the days that you missed at the end of the same program only. These days cannot be used in conjunction with any other program – this is to ensure that you get the greatest benefit from the process by experiencing its continuity and depth through a consistent practice. Any time missed must be recovered by December 14, 2020 and will not be honoured after this date.

Change and cancellation policies

Contributions made to our events are non-refundable, and cannot be transferred to other events. That is, if you do not show up for an event or leave before completion, the contribution is lost. In the case of force majeure and with justifiable cause it is possible to apply 20 days or more prior to the event for a change of dates. If the request is accepted upon evaluation, 80% of the contribution may be used for a subsequent event – valid for one year. To submit this application, you must send an email to: uruguay@isha.com attaching all the relevant information. The Isha Judd Foundation will then evaluate the request and respond to you.

You cannot make any changes within 20 days in advance of the event, or if you register for the event within those 20 days. What can be considered is that someone else will take your place.
