Isha talks about How to Release
Did you notice how many “DO NOT”s overwhelm you daily? Those you receive and those that you respond with automatically. And those “NO”s are nothing more than protections that resist life. Life is like a great river permanently flowing, bringing you new experiences, and you choose how to experience them in each moment.
What do we do? We deny ourselves, say NO and continue to choose to remain in the same little box. It’s like we’d rather keep our eyes closed and remain asleep, even if that makes us suffer, because that’s what we know. That saying “better the devil you know than the devil you don’t know”, is what we grew up with and it brainwashed us to choose an option of misery and suffering.
The only way to awaken the truth of who we are, to experience unconditional love and happiness, is precisely by having no “NO”. It doesn’t matter what you are doing, for in everything you choose to do with 100% commitment, you are choosing to expand consciousness. If you choose to heal your fears, everything will move faster. The quickest and most infallible way I know is to face those fears, to go further, to eliminate the energy and power they have over us. And you will begin to experience the freedom this entails as you go through your daily life, doing whatever you are doing. You will begin to feel that this is the only thing your heart wants: to embrace life, to embrace every moment. When your “NO” is no longer impeding the flow of life, when you surrender to life in the moment with a “YES” you will feel it expand, and you will become aware of the wonder of all that surrounds you.
It will help you greatly to focus on appreciation, gratitude, love and unity. You will see that when you open to receive, the unlimited abundance of the universe will come to you. It is not that it did not before, but that when saying NO to life, we miss receiving everything that life offers.
So, this week, how would it be to observe, to feel, to realise that when your “NO”s come from fear of the unknown, out of habit or whatever, you close the door to what is coming to you? And I have no doubt that if life is bringing you something, you will find growth in it, you will find more love, more of yourself, more of the best that always comes to each of us. Let me know what happens.
